Transformation

Athletic Junkie was created because I went from being fit to over weight. I was a former college Hooper who let her body get out of shape. After encouragement from family and my own determination to be fit again I created Athletic Junkie. I also, have a passion to help women battling with Fibroid, PCOS and other female health issues.
